All of the following projects are Lump Sum Procure and Build, which includes Project Management, Procurement, Supervision, Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

Four “Bulk Plants Modernization Project”, Riyadh Refinery
The Scope of Work (SOW) included the modernization of Aramco Bulk Plants in Qassim, Sulayil, Riyadh and Najran. The specific scope called for installation of tank wall diking, product piping, manhole construction, pump stations, product loading terminals, oily water systems, Terminal Management Systems (TMS), fire water systems and all associated electrical and instrumentation works. We were responsible for commissioning the Instrumentation and proprietary control systems provided by Siemens and ABB.

“Crude & Vacuum Heater Replacement Project”, Riyadh Refinery
The SOW included replacement of the existing Crude and Vacuum Heater Units in Riyadh Refinery. The specific scope requires us to construct foundations, fabricate and install pipe racks supports, installation of all process piping, erection of all modules; flare and hot oil stacks as well as all electrical and instrumentation works associated with the project, including installation of Yokogawa Centum 3000 DCS system. The project required us to fabricate more than 750 tons of steel, install more than 10 kilometers of process piping and employed 350 employees while using 1,200 ton cranes for the lifts.

“Royalty Crude Metering Project”, Riyadh Refinery
The SOW included the construction of metering, power and sampling skids including all instrumentation and communications to the process control rooms. Also, integration of Yokogawa DCS Centum 3000 and expansion of existing UPS buildings.

"Replacement of Air Compressors", Riyadh Refinery
The SOW called for the demolition and construction of (8) Air Compressors with 1500HP, 4160 Volt Motors; (2) Plant Air Receivers (2) Instrument/Plant Dryers, (1) instrument/Plant Compressor building with lighting and electric crane, (1) operations building, (2) 7500/10000 KVA transformers and high voltage control gear. The work included piping and civil construction.

"Jet Fuel Modification Project"
Chemical unloading pumps, Five (5) Chemical Storage Tanks, Metering pumps, Positive displacement flowmeter with flowrate indicator, totalization, and set-stop functions, Two (2) Chemical Additive injection system fluid powered type turbine injector, Stainless Steel Piping connecting the injection system to the injection point on the Jet Fuel Pump Outlet line, Five (5) Barrel pumps to transfer chemicals to storage tanks, Motor Control Centers, Local Instrument Control panels. Equipment provided by Yokagawa DCS Centum 3000.

"Riyadh & Jeddah Refinery Shutdown-Turnaround Project"
The SOW called for the upgrade and expansion of Riyadh Refinery, Rabigh Refinery, and Jizan Bulk Plant Facilities. We are currently mobilized in all areas working with operating facilities. The specific description of the facility(s) include (2) Cantenary Anchor Leg Mooring (CALM) type single Point Mooring (SPM) Systems capable of off loading diesel and premium gasoline from tankers rated in capacity up to 45,000 DWT; (4) 24" dia. Submarine pipelines; existing Jet A-1 and JP-4 tanks (upgrade to existing berths); (3) new 250 MBBL Cone Roof Storage Tanks for diesel; (3) new 150 MBBL floating Roof Storage Tanks for Premium Gasoline; conversion of two 30 MBBL floating roof and two Cone Roof Storage Tanks from diesel to Jet Fuel.
