Standards of Quality

In our quest for quality, our accomplishment is our ISO 9002 registration. We are currently one of a handful of Saudi contractors to achieve this distinction. This honor was granted to us by the International Organization of Standardization, which is an organization that documents processes, procedures and assessment methods for service providers, and sets quality standards accordingly. To maintain ISO registration, we receive implementation audits every six months at our headquarters and selected field sites.

Al-Hammam

Our core business is built on establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and striving to provide the highest quality construction services. Based on client feedback, Al-Hammam forms continuous improvement process (CIP) teams and reviews internal business practices. Our responsiveness to performance issues is a key component to Al-Hammam's business model.

Site-specific quality plan is prepared. The plan identifies critical construction activities, associated measurable attributes and assigned responsibilities for verification of these attributes throughout the project. This plan is reviewed with the owner’s team to assure that the expectations of all parties are satisfied prior to initiating site construction activities.
